Chad Grant

Chad entered the bedding industry when he was 20 years old. His early duties were ironing on labels, cutting materials, and running a quilter. As the company continued to grow, his responsibilities did as well. Chad took over the warehouse and did all of the purchasing. At 26, he was promoted to plant manager. Two years later, he was sent to Tennessee to make an underperforming plant, profitable. Returning to Texas from his one-year stay, Chad's charismatic and natural leading personality landed him a spot as the Vice President. The company went through tremendous growth under his leadership. While words can never fully express how much someone means to us, language can still provide comfort, hope, and even inspiration. Mike was the epitome of a great man. His smile could light up the room and his laughter was contagious. He had a way about him that made everyone feel like they were the most important person in the world. Mike dedicated over 10 years to the mattress industry. He loved his family, work, and his colleagues.
